expanded hypnotherapy curriculum has just been approved by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).
As you know, we have been an approved school forThe
International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT) for a number of years and we will continue to offer certification through
them as well
The IMDHA is a prestigious organization for those hypnotherapists who want to take their skill a bit farther.
IMDHA requires 40 more hours for certification than IACT.
So ... if you're already a certified hypnotherapist and if you'd like to upgrade your training ....
Phoenix Services is offering a special medical module for those who already hold certificates in hypnotherapy as our way of saying "thank you" to our graduates. Although we're still finalizing the syllabus, the material in this module will include:

Not certified? Certification is not a pre-requisite, but this is an advanced course and basic hypnotic skills are expected ... certificate of completion will be awarded but IMDHA eligibility requires a comprehensive curriculum. Feel free to call me for clarification.
If you've taken our regular hypnotherapy certification or a comparable program of 120 hours you will meet the IMDHA requirement. Call me if you have any questions about this.
This course will meet for two weekends and require an additional homework assignment
IMDHA offers a referral directory and access to a wealth of resources including the excellent online mentorship group as well as an optional personal mentoring program and numerous other benefits. (IMDHA certification and membership is optional and fees apply)
The hands-on program is limited to the first 10 registrants to ensure quality.

On the first Monday of each month,
beginning at 7PM. There is a public event at Phoenix Services. These events give us the opportunity to
gather with friends, exchange ideas, review
various topics about personal growth and evolution and to
introduce new material as well.

Acquisition of Excellence

They say that imitation is the highest form of flattery ... using NLP to model the genius of others is the highest form of imitation. NLP is a technology for modeling ... for studying excellence and developing models that can be used to transfer that excellence or skill to others. This evening will explore the art of modeling with NLP. We'll get right down to the nuts and bolts of it to show you how it's done. We'll share some classic examples of it that you can use for your own benefit and we'll point you down the path of learning how to acquire skills and abilities from other models as well.
The program is hosted and facilitated by Michael Watson, Director of Phoenix Services in Orlando, FL and a lead trainer for Salad Ltd in the UK. Michael is a former IACT Educator of the year and an international trainer of NLP and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy
This evening event is open to everyone, and it serves as a monthly chapter meeting of IACT (Central Florida Chapter).
Our welcoming small group has been meeting on the First Monday
of each month for over 12 years and we're always glad to make
new friends. We're centrally located at 726 Vassar St in
Orlando's College Park neighborhood (around the corner from
Princeton and Edgewater). Our entrance is tucked around the
back just behind Escapades Salon, so pull in the driveway and
park in the rear (or use the big lot next door).
There is no charge for this program, though love offerings are
accepted and appreciated.
